The Auditing Clerk must be able to work and maintain strict compliance with corporate/office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations. The Auditing Clerk must be able to function efficiently in a fast paced, detail orientated environment and possess great communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily pick up of truck tickets from the St. Paul Shop.
• Delivery interoffice mail from audit bin to appropriate person/dept.
• Bonnyville tickets get couriers to the office, ensure you receive them.
• Wabasca and Conklin tickets brought in weekly – need to track and ensure they arrive.
• Sort, GPS and organize tickets.
• Compare and approve time sheets to tickets via Xtreme App.
• Sort tickets for appropriate data entry.
• Confirm tickets to dispatch sheets to ensure all jobs are accounted for.
• File copies of tickets in A/R room by Unit number (empty every month).
• Write tickets as needed and send them for approval.
• Prepare and track LEMs for specific customers/projects.
• Prepare various reports and send them to customers as needed.
• Deal with incoming calls regarding missing tickets, or ticket clarification, send info to
customer with proper authorization.
• Send tickets for approval as needed, track to ensure they come back in a timely manner.
• Contact employees regarding timesheet/ticket discrepancies.
• Track and contact employees regarding late timesheets/tickets handed in.
• Pull invoices on received payments and move to completed A/R file room.
• Assist with various reports regarding tickets and timesheets.
• Help the Admin Support team with duties as time permits if needed.
• Other duties that may arise and need to be assigned within company.
Qualifications:
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Great Microsoft office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Work well with a team.
